OKO Group, the US-based real estate development company he founded in 2015, is developing numerous residential and commercial properties in the United States and internationally.  Key projects include: 830 Brickell, a Class A+ office tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District; Missoni Baia, the first luxury residential project by Italian fashion house Missoni in Edgewater, Miami; and Una Residences, a 47-story luxury waterfront tower in Miami’s Brickell neighbourhood.

As owner, Chairman and CEO of Aman, a distinguished collection of 35 resorts, hotels, and private residences, Mr. Doronin was instrumental in growing the brand’s value to $3 billion in 2022. He expanded the resort collection  into major global gateway cities with the introduction of Aman Tokyo in 2014 and Aman New York in 2022.

Aman's global footprint continues to grow with an extensive pipeline of future destinations currently under planning and development. Recent openings include: Aman Nai Lert Bangkok and Aman Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites, both open in 2025. Upcoming projects include Amanvari, the first Aman destination in Mexico; Aman Miami Beach and Aman Beverly Hills in the US; Aman Niseko in Japan; Aman AlUla and Amansamar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Aman Dubai in the UAE; and Aman Maldives.

With the launch of Janu, Aman’s sibling brand, Mr. Doronin was able to reach additional markets and guest demographics with a concept focused on creating environments and experiences that establish meaningful connection among its guests and residents.  Janu Tokyo successfully launched to critical acclaim in 2024, and there are future Janu hotels currently under construction in Montenegro, AlUla and Diriyah in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, South Korea, Maldives, Thailand, Turks & Caicos Islands, Turkey and beyond.
