Una Residences Tops Off At 47 Stories, Completion Early 2025

Miami’s Una Residences has topped off. The 47-story tower was planned to top off at 579 feet, making it one of the tallest in that part of Brickell.

Construction for the project began in the fall of 2020, with contractors working to build the deepest and most expensive underground parking garage in Miami’s history. The 236-car garage reaches nearly 50 feet and three stories below sea level. Most of Una’s 135 condos are now sold. Two upper tri-level penthouses sold for $17.75 million each,  which is the highest recorded in Brickell. A handful of units remain available for purchase priced from  $4.4 million to $10 million. Una’s developers are also building a public baywalk. Completion is scheduled for early 2025. Design of the tower is by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill architects. OKO Group and Cain International are the developers.
