Aman Miami Beach
Occupying the site of the former Versailles Hotel, Aman Miami Beach spans two buildings at 3425 Collins Avenue, fronted by pristine sands and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The project is adjacent to the Faena District, a prime four-block stretch of Miami Beach which has become a revolutionary cultural neighborhood. Aman Miami Beach will be the brand’s second urban location in the USA, following the opening of Aman New York in 2022.
An Aman hotel will occupy the historic Versailles building, with interiors designed by long-time Aman collaborator Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston. To the south, the 22-unit Aman Miami Beach Residences, designed by renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, will be arranged in a tiered, scalloped pattern, affording every unit ocean views.
