Aman New York
On the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, the Crown Building is one of the finest examples of Beaux-Arts architecture in the United States. Designed by Warren & Wetmore – the architects behind Grand Central Terminal and the Helmsley Building - the historic building was completed in 1921, and served as the first home of the Museum of Modern Art between 1929 to 1932.
Marking the latest chapter in its long history, the building underwent a monumental transformation and most-exacting of restorations before reopening as Aman New York in August 2022. Comprising entertainment spaces, a three-story spa, as well as guest rooms and exterior terraces, Aman New York is an expression of Aman’s focus on health and wellness and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
